Walkin' in Memphis
Originally by Marc Cohn, and in the same style.
The first song I ever learned how to play and sing at the same time! Piano, vocals, organ, guitar, bass, drums. All instruments played, programmed and sequenced by me. Book of LoveMy version of Peter Gabriel's version of Magnetic Fields' Book of Love. I always loved this song, so I wrote an extra verse of my own (the third one in this recording), and added drums.
Piano, vocals, drums. All instruments played and sequenced by me. Arranged for Dan and Brooke Carswell |
Sound of SilenceOriginally by Simon and Garfunkel. I always enjoyed their lyrics and unique songwriting style, but wanted to give it a little more punch, so this is my own little arrangement.
Piano, vocals All instruments played by me. |
Originally by Zac Brown Band

Wake Up!Originally one of my finger warmups, turned into an upbeat piano-pop riff.

Lonesome RoadOriginally by James Taylor.
This is usually a slow ballad, so I decided to funk with it just a little bit. A capella, all voices you hear are me. |
